WA Toolkit (“we”, “us”, or “the app”) helps you use WhatsApp-related utilities on your device. This Privacy Policy explains what information is involved, how it is handled, and your choices.

By using the app, you agree to this policy. If you do not agree, please uninstall the app and discontinue use.

1. Who we are

WA Toolkit is a mobile application. We do not operate a sign-in service or user accounts inside the app. This policy describes processing that happens on your device and processing by third-party services integrated into the app (such as advertising), as explained below.

2. Summary

• We do not run our own servers to collect your chats, contacts, or phone numbers for analytics.
• Information you enter (e.g. phone numbers for direct chat, optional message text) and items you save (e.g. recent numbers, downloaded statuses) are stored locally on your device unless you explicitly share them through your OS share sheet or open external apps (e.g. WhatsApp).
• Advertising: If enabled, Google AdMob may collect and use data according to Google’s policies to show ads.

3. Information the app processes

3.1 Data you provide

The app may process information you type or choose, including:

• Phone numbers and country codes — to build WhatsApp links for “Direct chat” and to store entries in “Recent” on your device.
• Optional message text — prefilled when opening WhatsApp, if you choose to add it.
• Text you enter in tools — e.g. text repeater and fancy text features; processing occurs on your device.

3.2 Data from your device (status saver)

To show and save WhatsApp status media, the app may access files or folders you allow through the operating system (for example, via the Storage Access Framework on Android). That access is limited to what you grant. Saved copies you choose to store are kept in app-accessible storage on your device unless you move or share them elsewhere.

3.3 Locally stored data

Certain data is stored only on your phone or tablet using device storage (e.g. app preferences or recent chat entries). Clearing app data or uninstalling the app removes that local information unless the operating system retains backups according to its own rules.

3.4 Data we do not intentionally collect

We do not ask you to upload your WhatsApp message history to us. We do not require an account in the app for core features.

4. How we use information

We use the information described above solely to:

• Provide app features (opening WhatsApp with a number, listing recent entries, tools).
• Let you view, save, or share status media where you grant access.
• Maintain basic app settings on your device.
• Deliver and measure advertising if AdMob is active.

We do not sell your personal information.

5. Sharing and disclosure

We do not transmit the content you type for direct chat or your saved recent list to our own backend as part of the app’s normal operation. Information may leave your device when you:

• Open WhatsApp or other apps via links or the share sheet (those apps have their own privacy policies).
• Use Google AdMob, which may process identifiers and usage data for ads and fraud prevention.
• Use operating-system services (e.g. Google Play or App Store) for updates, crash reporting if enabled by the platform, or in-app review prompts.

6. Permissions

Depending on your device and how you use the app, it may request access such as:

• Storage / files / media — to read status folders you select and to save media you download.
• Internet — to load advertisements and related services.
• Other permissions only as required by the platform for the features you use.

You can review or revoke permissions in your device settings. Some features may not work without the permissions they depend on.

7. Third-party services

7.1 Google AdMob

We may use Google AdMob to display advertisements. Google may use cookies or similar technologies and device identifiers to personalize or measure ads. For details, see Google’s Privacy Policy and AdMob-related disclosures. Where available, you can adjust ad personalization in your Google account or device settings.

7.2 WhatsApp

WA Toolkit is not affiliated with WhatsApp Inc. When you open WhatsApp through the app, Meta’s WhatsApp Privacy Policy applies to your use of WhatsApp.

8. Security

We design the app to keep your inputs and saved items on your device. No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure; you are responsible for keeping your device physically secure and updated.

9. Children’s privacy

The app is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your region). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information through the app, contact us and we will help you address it with available tools (e.g. removing local data by clearing app data).

10. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, privacy laws (such as the GDPR or CCPA) may give you rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain processing. Much of the data in this app exists only on your device — you can delete it by clearing app storage or uninstalling. For data held by Google or other third parties, use the controls they provide.

11. International users

If you use the app outside the country where it was published, your information may be processed in countries where service providers operate (for example, ad networks). Those transfers are subject to the providers’ policies and applicable law.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and update the effective date at the top. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the revised policy.
